What we do
Our role is to make sure the appropriate NHS care is in place for the 239,500 registered population of Great Yarmouth and Waveney, within the budget we have.
Primary care networks
Within this catchment area, our GP practices are split up into what we call primary care networks or PCNs. A primary care network consists of groups of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.
